i was in afghanistan from 2009 to our vehicle struck a 200 lb i e d and that lost both of my legs. i lost my faith which to an athlete is everything and i had to reach each myself to walk we all suffered some type of imputation whether it's a gunshot wound. it was just a normal night of the night patrol and on my way back from the patrol i stepped on a landmine so i suffer the imputation of my right foot. i was prepared for the foot in del of the other things he was wrapped up like a mummy when i got there. all of these guys have had to go through so much and people forget what the families have to go through as well. my family had to watch me learn how to walk and run again. he has the heart of a lion and he is one of the most competitive kids i've ever known in my life. this was just like any other roadside bomb except i didn't get my arm down in time i did manage to get my head down, i live for my kids my wife is the most amazing woman i know in those little motivators give you a reason to get up in the morning, i don't know what i would do without them. i started learning to th
